I live in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, nestled within a flower-filled garden (when it’s not covered in snow).

I might like cooking, but I’ll probably never know for sure because my husband is so insanely good at it that I typically leave it to him.

I plan before I act, but occasionally shock everyone with my spontaneity.

I’d rather listen than talk and prefer meaningful one-on-one chats to socializing in large groups.

I smile and laugh a lot and it seems to be contagious.

I have an insatiable curiosity and possess an unexpected amount of courage (I frequently surprise myself).

I’ve faced some big challenges in my time, but the biggest was travelling overland all the way around the globe. I’ve undertaken incredibly long stints on a motorcycle sidecar rig, tuk tuk and cargo ship.

I’m on a crusade to enable business professionals to get engaged in their work, to work at their best, to find fulfillment and fun along the way and to grant themselves the freedom to step away from their careers when life calls.

I LOVE my work. In fact I frequently hang up the phone after a coaching call and find myself dancing around my office with excitement and pure joy over my clients’ accomplishments.

How I Got Here

I spent a large part of my career within the Financial Services sector, working with an organization which was constantly growing and evolving. Partnering with an ownership team very aligned with my values, I was given opportunities to grow and evolve right along with them – moving from business development to customer service, managing the business’s largest corporate accounts and finally building the structure for successful human resources practices and working with the senior leadership team on business planning and strategy.

Through various leadership roles with small, mid-sized and huge multinational corporations, I learned the subjective insights of how leaders think and communicate, and what set successful and happy team members apart from those who struggled. I sat at the table when big decisions were made – when promotions and layoffs were decided, when leaders needed coaching and guidance to transition into bigger roles. I’ve built strong, effective and engaged teams - where everyone in our industry wanted to work.

When the time came for a change, I was anxious to put my skills and strengths to work in a larger way, working as a coach to enable individuals to find the career success and fulfillment I had found myself and built in my teams and working as a consultant to support organizations in cultivating engaged and effective workforces.

Coaching Experience

I’ve been a professional coach since 2010 and became certified by the International Coach Federation in 2011. As a coach, I enable motivated professionals to achieve extraordinary career success and fulfillment. I’ve helped launch over 150 individuals into work aligned with their passion, values and strengths and supported dozens of leaders in moving their organizations toward their vision.

Working with me, clients have built on their strengths, developed new competencies, built confidence and achieved significant goals. They have found long-term career fulfillment and success or even found the courage to step away from their careers, giving themselves the gift of time to focus on other important areas of life, knowing that a fabulous career is waiting for them when they’re ready.
